Suffering Unjustly

Peter draws heavily from Isaiah 53 - The Suffering Servant - to highlight the unjust suffering Jesus endured in his mission to seek and save the Lost. Peter sets Jesus forth as the example for Believers to follow, who are destined to suffer unjustly in a world that hates Christians because it first hated Jesus.
